THE LABYRINTH: AN ANCIENT TOOL FOR MODERN TIMES
Join us on Wednesday May 23, 2012, when Linwood Spiritual Center offers a special program entitled “The Labyrinth: An Ancient Tool for Modern Times” from 9:30am–4pm. Discover how this ancient walking meditation helps quiet the mind, heal the heart and soothe the soul, bringing us to a state of inner peace, relaxation and clearer understanding of ourselves. Presented by Gillian Corcoran, MRE , the fee for this event is $45, all inclusive. The morning concludes with lunch at noon, and the program continues through the afternoon. Gillian Corcoran, MRE, is an interfaith minister, a labyrinth facilitator (trained with Lauren Artress of Verditas), who has been walking and working with labyrinths since 2000. Gillian designs and builds labyrinths, as well as guiding workshops and retreats. Linwood is located at 50 Linwood Road in Rhinebeck, NY.
